Have you ever wondered if you can make mesh two different passions into one career?
Well, today’s guest Ani Mercedes has built a life doing that.
Today’s guest has pursued a very non-traditional career as an artist and personal finance blogger at HahaMoney.com and (YoureAlreadyYou.com). Ani Mercedes is a fine artist, photographer, and has even had a documentary featured on PBS. She paid off $40,000 in just a couple years by focusing on her why.
In this episode we talk about how she went from highly educated, jobless, in tons of debt, and not following her dreams to debt free and pursuing her passion full force, we talk about why the first year of her blog was private and what made her publicize her blog posts, the importance of focusing on the why-to instead of the how-to, and even tactical steps to helping you get clarity around your financial life.
